Vittoria’s Delicious Menu

There’s a whole lot to enjoy on our menus at Vittoria on the Bridge & Vittoria on the Walk – plus an array of tasty new creations on our fabulous a la carte menu!

You’ll still find all your favourites but Executive Chef, Spencer Wilson, and his kitchen brigade have been hard at work creating some exciting new dishes for you to try!

Some highlights of our menu include the Costolette di Agnello – deliciously juicy lamb chops served with an Italian vegetable stew & roasted rosemary potatoes, drizzled with Extra Virgin olive oil with chunks of tomato and anchovies and fresh herbs.

Or try our take on Macaroni cheese – we’ve adapted this comforting classic by encasing it in breadcrumbs to create rich and creamy Mac’n’cheese croquettes served with a vine cherry tomato and basil pesto salad.

Highly recommended is one of the Chef’s personal favourites – Rigatoni Alla Calabrese – a really simple dish but full of flavour. Large tubes of pasta enrobed in a tomato sauce with spicy ‘Nduja sausage and green beans, topped with smoked mozzarella.

Another pasta dish worth a try is the Pappardelle & Salsiccia – a flavoursome pasta dish that perfectly combines radicchio & meaty sausage, balanced with fennel and red wine infused with thyme leaves.

You’ll also discover some new pizzas on the menu including the Emilla Romagna, which is based on Tony Crolla’s signature dish Tagliatelle alla Vittoria. This indulgent pizza has lashings of Bolognese sauce as the base, topped with pancetta, spicy sausage & creamy Stracchino cheese.  Yum!

And don’t forget to leave room for one of our delicious new ice creams from Amore di Gelato or one of our super-indulgent Sundaes!
