FESTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 deposit per person, for parties of 10 people or more, is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits must be paid within 14 days to confirm the reservation or paid at time of reservation, if your booking is within less than 14 days.
Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received. If deposits are not received within this period, your reservation will be cancelled.
Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Any reduction in numbers must be notified to the restaurant at least 48 hours prior to booking date, otherwise deposits paid cannot be used against the final balance, and monies will be forfeited.
A vegetarian alternative is included within each menu. We are also happy to cater for other dietary preferences or requirements, however we would request that these are advised at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
Wine can be pre-ordered in advance. This will be placed on your table prior to your arrival. Please complete and return the wine pre-order on your booking form. Should you wish to pre-order other beverages, please contact the Restaurant Manager who will be happy to assist you.
ROOM & TABLE CONFIGURATION
The set-up of the restaurant is at the discretion of the Manager. Should you have a specific request with regards to the configuration or location of your table, please contact the Restaurant Manager in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee that every request will be met.
Please Note: Depending on the size of your party, groups may be seated on more than one table.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate at the time of booking and may be subject to alteration in the case of a change in rates. All information is correct at time of going to press.
An optional service charge of 10% will be added to the final bill for parties of more than 10 people.

Vittoria Group reserves the right to release bookings which do not comply with the terms and conditions. Vittoria Group reserves the right to cancel an event. In this eventuality a full refund will be given or an alternative date will be offered.
